A proper delivery process
Before dispatching an order to a customer, I always record a video with a macro lens, marked 'for someone' or with whatever text the customer specifies. This serves two purposes: it lets the customer review the video and confirm they're satisfied before shipment, and once they receive the watch, they can check the details to verify it's the very same piece.
